SPT part troubles..

I recently moded my car from bone stock (down to the orignal oil even. She had low miles so no worries.) and did the following changes...
SPT short air intake
SPT airdam
SPT cat-back exaust
5-w30 synthetic oil (mobil 1)
SPT turbo boost guage

Before these mods I was running a solid 13.7 going through the traps in 5th gear around 5600rpms and around 105mph.
Now, with it being colder than the last time I ran (around 42'F) I'm now doing mid 14's!! red-lining in 4th right at 100mph. Also after the mods I reset the ECU and put 1500+ miles on the car since then (got to love those cross country road trips). I'm driving her the same way... going to redline in each gear.
Can someone shed some light on this for me? I'm at wit's end. Thanks.
P.S. If your wondering why my best is 13.645 keep in mind I'm at a little over 4000ft in elevation.

I tend to let the revs get up there you might say.... I'll keep it sain in-town but the on ramps are a mini drag strip.

It's just very disappointing that after allowing better airflow on both ends of the engine it runs a slower time. (it's almost like saying if I take a wet wool sock and wrap it around the air filter and stuff a potato in my pipe I'll break 11's) The only thing I can come up with is it's got something to do with the ECM or the MAC.

Well, I was before these mods.... in fact I had to... The rev limiter was kicking in around 100ft or so from the traps in 4th gear.
(keep in mind that the STi has a 6 speed tranny and I would imagine geared a little shorter than the 5 speed wrx.)

i go through in 5th gear also , it's the 6 spd. just a thought on your problem. take the stock airbox to the track, and see how it runs , and then install the spt and see the difference. i had a problem with a sensitive maf sensor on mine when i first got it and couldn't run the intake without the timing retarding a little , and everytime i fixed it with the cobb, the stock ecu would re learn and do it all over again after a few miles. i was never able to run the spt intake in my car. it ran 7/10ths faster with stock box.
