Ready for first tune up!

Hey everyone. It's been a while since I posted. I have an 06 w/ spt intake and CB invidia. The car is goin on 23000 miles and I think it's time for a good tune up. I was gonna get the following done and just seeing what everyone recomends for the following:

Spark plugs
Oil
Brake pads
coolant flush/replacement
diff/tranny fluids changed

Since I bought it brand new all I have done is change the oil every 3000 or so. I think it's time for a little tune up....anything else I should do??
