Quick tire size question...
Probably super retarded, but I really have no one else to ask...

Assuming I have the stock 16"(?) wheels on my car right now, if I get new, 17" wheels, will I have to replace my tires as well?

Simple answer, Yes. You will need tires that fit the new 17" diameter.

You can stretch the tires sideways, but i highly doubt for increased diameter...
