putting a 03 radiator in a 02 wrx

Hey my radiator on my 02 wrx has a crack in the top and rally sport direct only has one for an 03 I have heard you can make the 03 one work just wondering what I will have to do to make it work

Hey you're like 20 minutes from me!

Im pretty sure they are identical if not almost. All hose kits for the coolong system are 02-07. Radiator should be the same story.

Sweet maybe you can help me out I just moved here from the eastcoast and I don't know where is a good Subaru performance shop around here? But as for the radiator the 03 ones have a cap.on the radiator and the 02 didn't so the said its something with the lines coming from the over flow jug

The cap on the new radiator is the updated version. I didn't change anything on mine and it seems to be working fine.

the crack i have is on the top of the radiator on the plastic part right on the front side of the hose that comes into the radiator its not leaking to bad but would jb weld seal it up so i can drive it until my new one comes in?

If it's on plastic I'd use plasti-weld. And Id give it a shot, cold of course. If you can see the entire crack, you should be able to start it, let it run for like 15 minutes and know real quick if it's holding or not.
