Purchasing 2011 WRX

Hey guys,

I live in vancouver, bc and I am looking into purchasing a used 2011 WRX sedan. It was advertised for $27900. I offered the sales guy $24000 all taxes and fees in... but the guy said i am lowballing him, and said that if i really wanted the car, I should come back with reasonable offer.

Was I lowballing him? How much is a reasonable offer with all taxes and everything included?

tnx
Jay

I just bought a 2013 and I went to several dealerships. the most I could get off was about $3000 with a LOT of work. Dealerships know the cars will sell for almost list price so they don't want to go too low.

I just got approved at 2.9 over 72 months for 381 per. car was quoted to me at 24,399 before tax/interest. It's a base model with spoiler/sti short throw shifter as options

can't wait to take delivery.

Well you did offer 6k under asking. But he is over priced! Why would u pay 27,900 for a used car when new they're only 24000 invoice?
