the pros and the cons

so today i went to look at a car the pro is that it is in immaculate condition, it has 84000 miles Manuel, the interior is clean everything is great. except a few things first someone blew it up on a test drive. so the engine has been replaced, also after driving you pop the hood and it smells of burnt coolant. which the dealer told us that is is still breaking in all the seals and stuff, it is under a 12000 or one year warrant from Subaru. also the two rear wheels seem to be angled out is that normal? what do you guys think is it good or bad, personal opinions please.

If the motor was installed by the dealer then it is probally true. as far as the wheels, have them do and alignment before you buy it, make sure to work it in the deal.
how did the transmission shift? any noises?

The slight toe out is normal, well, what I have seen. Mine is and the dealer said Subaru makes it that way.
