Problems....

Ok I actually have a few problems.
I just installed a new alternator pulley and belt and everything went good.

Idk if this is related or not but i when i accelerated hard in 1st and i think second gear and got to about 4k it would drop a little and go to 3k and then up it was weird. It was having trouble getting up there.

Then I have another problem with my coolant. It has been leaking and eventually it just keeps losing all the coolant so i keep refilling it. Right off of the turbo it drips down. Someone i met said i need a new O-ring. Does that sound right and if so how do i replace it?
Heres a picture of what im talking about

Also What is the right tension about for alternator belt. Since i just replaced it I want to make sure i have it right.

Last thing, when i backed outta my friends house a few hours ago i heard my steering make a weird noise. I think it has something to do with the power steering as i only heard it when the wheel was in a certain position. It only does it when im moving slow and have the wheel turned otherwise i dont hear it like when i actually have some decent speed.

Any help would be appreciated. thanks alot guys

You're friend's sort of right. You probably need a new crush gasket (not o-ring). Try tightening that banjo bolt and see if it helps at all. You'll need to take off your intercooler to do that. Btw, why don't you have a ps ic bracket?

Also, check the level of your power steering fluid. If it's low, remember to fill it with dexron 3 ATF. If it's not, check for leaks.

belt tension for a new belt is 7-9mm at 98N (according to the manual... I'm actually not sure what that means)

Strider327 is on thin ice
New O-ring maybe. Or just new and different Clamps. Mine use to drip after I changed the hose and new clamps no problems.

What do you use to get that hose off of the turbo and how do you get the intercooler off
