Hey all, I'm new to the forum.
I'm in the market for a newer WRX, & before I bought one, I wanted to check your classifieds.
I have a well used and abused Impreza Brighton work slider that absolutely amazed me.
I saved it from the salvage yard (in laws were gonna junk it), put $500 into it & drove it for several years. Well it finally needs some body work for the usual rusty spots & a motor. It has 275k miles and never let me down. It was such a great car & winter driver that I want to replace it with another! I have my eye on an 06 wrx with Cobb stage 2 tune & some other goodies.
Point me in the right direction!!

Cheers! Jim

I had a Gun Metal Gray 06 and man I miss it.
I'm sure you wont be disappointed with it as long as you do your homework.

Good luck man.

I got her! 2006 Cobb stage 2 base map.
Car is in excellent shape & I'm the second owner.

Way too may goodies to list, but boy is it a great car! I've never driven a 4 cylinder that works this well. I've always had v8 muscle cars. I'm really impressed with its setup. Name: ImageUploadedByAG Free1360637857.780473.jpg

Will do! I gotta wait until the weather gets better! I'm half ashamed of the pic I posted above. It was filthy after the trailer ride home from Connecticut! I was so anxious to pick it up, I drove to CT during the massive storm last week lol!

Also, you sure about it being a V1 AP?

Is it a salvaged title? Nice car BTW

I have no idea about the V1 AP - How can I tell? I have the AP in a box, and links to the COBB site for the base maps. I know absolutely nothing about tuning Subarus - that why I joined the forum

It has a clear title and scored a 91% on carfax.

Here is a link to the eBay listing - Subaru : Impreza WRX TR in Subaru | eBay Motors

Does it look like this?

COBB Tuning - Subaru AccessPORT

That's quite possibly the highest mileage STi I've ever seen.
