new to subies

in working on getting an 03 silver wrx with 107xxx on it. its coming from a dealership i work at,theywant 8250 for it and it seems to be a decent price but i just want a second oppnion before i gothrough with it.

if its from the dealer you should expect to have the eservice intervals taken care of, especially the timing belt.

be persistent on the service history and report back.

higher mile cars are usually a better deal because a lot of the major service points are already addressed, vs a lower mile car that is approaching work needed to be done.

i would make sure these things are taken care of, once again, especially the timing belt

Also if it's been modded you could be inheriting someone elses headache depending on if they knew what they were doing or not.Make sure it doesn't have any DTCs/CELs and try to get a compression check done if you can.Look for problematic parts like atmospheric BOV's,air intakes and MBC's.

didnt happen. i figured that it was too much and they wouldnt fix anything like the cracked windshield and the brakes but none theless im still on the search for a 2003 with as little miles as possible for under 8k. i like them more than my dsm
