It is actually like a charcole grey that is pretty much a black that they make my year Rex in, I know weird, but when I got my first set of housing subaru said I can but the kit separately, well the lied, and when I came in to get the kid they said I couldn't but the housing separately and this is the only one they had in stock, well it just happen it came out beautiful together!!
Here's a place I think you might find more your style RiceBurner. Trashing someone's personal taste is what goes down over here. Please do check it out. http://forums.nasioc.com
Haha Venice is for sure a weird place! But RiceBurner thanks for the compliment, but Randy's yellow is a sick ass yellow so listen to what mommy n daddy taught you when you were younger, if you ain't got nothing nice to say DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL!!!
Yeah I noticed that in your pics guys. It's def horribly neglected by the paint booth through the assembly line. It looks like it's not even painted, just primed! But we know Subaru's paint work is one of the worst in the industry. Guess we shouldn't expect any better...
I just like how an engine looks on black, plus hoses and wires are better hidden.
When I finally do this, it will be after I tuck and shave.
I'm not going all out, but am just going for a more clean look. Also it will give me more workspace
Any other color is just high maintenance. Its an engine bay. I'd rather have to reach my arm in tight spaces as few times as possible lol! I'd def do mine matte black if I were to do it too.
I can only upload one photo per post so bare with me guys but I will label what each thing is
Stock on the right
Stinger 650 on the left
160watts at idle
And 200 at 4500rpm
If like to upgrade my speakers next year with under seat subs as well.
And I just want a stock nav head unit.
