I can put a drop in K&N airfilter on my 2012 forester non turbo without changing anything correct?

so if he doesn't adjust the mass airflow sensor, does he have to worry about the engine running lean?

I see lots of folks advise against a performance intake kit on the turbo's unless you tune for it afterwards.

it seems none of us knew this in the late 90's when everyone was throwing new air filters in their Accords.

right on. sorry for the newbness of the question... but seeing as even an NA Foz still has a mas, doesn't the ecu need to be tweaked?

No, the ECU will make minimal corrections.

It was one of the main reasons why I got the model I got haha!! It is amazing, I do miss my t-tops in my camaro though but it sure matched up pretty close though!!

Yeah and were we went, all these ATV and 4x4 trucks were looking at us like we were crazy and not to go down this huge hill. sign says no 2wd or AWD vehicles only 4wd haha i got a subie! made it up and down no problem!!!
