I get 22.5mpg pretty much every tank in my 09 sti. It's Cobb stage 2 but I got the same mileage before anyway.

My 09 wrx on a level road I'll get 32 highway at 65mph.... 55mph (which the EPA uses to estimate highway mileage), I get 34-35... They were way effing wrong.

A good mix of city/highway I'll get about 21-22.

It depends largely on mods, and how much you put your foot down. I had whole tanks in my WRX that were over 30 MPG, but then Ive also had ones that were around 18 on bad weeks that I used my right foot more than I should. My STi I've averaged 21-22 all around, but I assume that's my problem with the lead content in my foot.
