Sorry, this is basic, but did you reflash it to the proper map with your AP? I do believe that Cobb supports the FPgreen turbo. Im pretty sure that you can get the map off their website. Again, sorry to suggest the most basic solution, but it is sometimes the smallest stuff.

My friend did a big turbo upgrade, and he had a pro-tune done and he had similar problems, just not as extreme. It had crazy idle surge and would die regularly. He just got it fixed by getting it tuned by another tuner, and he got a smoother curve and the thing no longer dies and not idle surging. It was ALL in the tune.

MAF was what I was thinking! the fact that it starts but wont move is that makes me think its MAF ... if it was fuel related, it would probably be bucking and chugging etc. or at least thats what I would assume! Keeps us informed! This sounds interesting!
