Perrin DP, Up-Pipe.. Great parts, just didn't allow me the growth I was looking for when I went to the GT35R.. (Rotated Mount) requires custom Up-Pipe and Down Pipe..
Perrin Twin Tip exhaust.. Loved the sound but was too loud for the cops and neighbors..
Perrin TMIC.. Was good up to 420awhp but not any further.. I want my turbo to boost to it's fullest.
There are a couple more that I can't think of..
I will say that "MOST" of the listed mods in my post and every other one are due to our own mistakes.. Mine was not researching and planing properly..
Everything else has had it's issues, but I am working them out slowly...

02 WRX.. Tearing up the streets Yet again.. "Hells Yea"..
1) cheapest ebay unbranded piggyback ECU!
2) crazy wide wheels -> tyres rubbed!
3) cheap speakers - man did they suck!
4) this is not a mod - but things like fuel injector cleaners, motor up, etc - i dont think they do crap!
5) saw off gear stick to make it look lower!
6) dont buy a muffler before you know how it'll sound!
how is an easy flowing filter bad for your car....
haha i thought the same thing with that comment.. i have one but it was free so i wont complain either way but i have nothing to say bad about it and i know it is definatly better then a stocker. If you think about it they are worth it because you have to replace the stock ones when they get dirty.
Perrin endlinks. They rusted all to he!! and I can't get one of them off! I sawed the one side off but I can't get at the other side. I replaced with Whiteline HD links.
lets see. HKS BOV, MBC and SRI the three things that everyone tells newbs not to do. I assume it is because everyone has done it and realized it sucks.
1. turbo xs 100% atmosphereic bov---- now in the garbage only lasted 2 days
2. perrin short ram intake.... who surronds and intake with foam... basura.
3. tein lowered springs with stock struts... no brainer crap
4. limo tints so the cops can reconize me. now run 100% clear haaa

My worst mod ever, buying a car that is rare in color, at least in this area. Had a kid steal a MY03 WRX SRP, just like mine, and go flying up the interstate at 120+mph the cops didn't get the plate# becasue the kid had removed it, so they only had a description of the car to go by and since most of the cops know my car in this area they had to stop by and say hello. Only after 20mins of telling them it wasn't me did they leave. They later caught the kid at a rest area, he had stopped to take a leak.

I will also +1 the BOV venting to the atmosphere, although I didn't spend a dime on it cause I bought the car like that but it definatly pops and bucks and gets annoying. I also have a short ram intake that im pretty sure is hurting more than it helps... car ran like crap at partial throttle till i tuned that out of it... yey for open source tuning.

+1 ^^ I bought an 05 Scion tC Release Series 1.0 in Absolutley Red and since there were only 3 of those cars in my county and 5 within 10 counties (I Could track them because they were individualy numbered from the factory and I worked for Toyota)
and since mine was the most popular around town, anytime something would happen involving thier cars, 5-0 would pull into the dealership looking for me. One time, a girl was involved in a hit and run, and I had hit a raccoon a few days before....that was a bitch trying to talk my way out of..lol
um. i love my clear ebay side markers and they fit fine.. they do fog up a bit when i wash it but meh..
Cheap headlights.
the front window tint on my car. it was on it when i bought it but still two $60 dollar tickets before i just took it off!
cheap short shifter- vibrates if my hand isn't on it. and it's super tall:S
