Good question, I would get Borla. its suprising that Borla does not make a vety loud exhaust like helix or HKS. I wish they did

The SPT is louder.

I have the Hush, very nice sound, very deep, not too loud but definately loud enough to hear a difference from stock. I haven't had my radio on much lately, just been enjoying the sound of the exhaust. The SPT is louder, but some say it gives an annoying drone on the highway.

Borla does make a louder exhaust, its a single tip design, they also make another catback, the XR-1 which is a little bit louder yet.

The cat back is a walk in the park. The down pipe is a little trickier if you are doing that too.

I didn't remove my TMIC when I did the DP. Everyone always complains about the heatshield being so hard to get off... I thought it came off relatively easy, the whole install was pretty smooth actually.

The catback can be done in a 1/2 hour, it's literally 2 bolts, slide the old exhaust off the hangers, put the new exhaust on the hangers, and bolt the 2 bolts back in. Done.

Catbacks don't do much unless they are coupled with a downpipe. The stock downpipe is MUCh more restrictive than the stock catback.
