A ton of guys love their wagons for the pure fact that they can fit the wife/kids and a hatch full of stuff, plus if ya need more room there a few roof racks out there to do the job.
You should ###### look over on NASIOC.com as well for advice-a ton of xt guys over there as well as wagon folk...GL...............CHEERS!!!

It's also pretty hard to find Forester XT's in a standard transmission. The newest body style doesn't even offer it in a 5 speed (from what I remember).

what do you want to spend?
how soon do you want to have this new ride?
stick or auto?
how much room do you really need?

I got my sedan WRX because I wanted turbo awd with 4 doors, my two options were WRX and EVO...for my personal taste though. WRX was in my budget, and what won me over the most...well, second to looks
Keep in mind if the looks of your vehicle are an issue to you, which one do you prefer there?

Get the Forester. Safer, bigger and more room.... Doesn't look at good but still.

wrx wagon! love my wagon. SO much fun and it looks better than a forester....although i have seen some pretty hot foresters.

I would rule out the sedan for the reason that the wagon or the forester will have so much more room making life in the car that much better.

Newer foresters look nice, but they don't have the new WRX power... They do have a shorter final drive though, which definitely helps.
