I use Motul 5W-40 because my engine was rebuilt with forged internals and it has slightly looser clearances than stock so the thicker oil was recommended by my tuner to help lubricate everything properly. I've been buying it in bulk (four 5L containers at a time) from Amazon.com.

I'm considering using 5w-40 rotella t6. I will be at stage 2 when I make the switch. It can't hurt from I read

As long as you don't run E85, T6 should perform very well.

If I was to do injectors, fuel pump, and 3 port bcs, what's a better oil?

This is every thing I know about oil. http://www.wrxtuners.com/forums/f51/synthetic-oil-merged-15606/index2.html

Although,I've been told that some Wall Mart stores now have Royal purple oil. Also, that post of mine is old so my list may not be complete.
