EJ205 Removal

So been working on taking out the engine out of my 02 and came to the dreaded motor mount bolts.

I sprayed a bunch of Blaster on them and from what I see is very little room to work with so I was wondering if anyone has removed these bolts without taking off the cross-member brace and front sway bar.
I have a cobb sway bar so I think the thicker sway bar is kinda screwing me atm.
Also is it normal to not have not mount studs next to the bolts because I dont see the studs like other mounts have?

Thanks guys.

Never mind just removed the bolts from the end links and spun the sway bar which gave me enough room to get the mount bolts off.
Got all the trans bolts off now along with the clutch fork pin and the trans and engine are slightly separated without even jacking or lifting yet. So I guess this should save the trouble of banging and prying them apart.
So everything is pretty much done for the pull besides the ac unit and the lower O2 sensor.

So my new problem now is the last bolt on the bottom right of the ac unit.
starting to look like Im gonna have to remove the intake manifold off and remove the engine lift brace off then bolt it back on once i get the last bolt off.

Also A good tip I found when removing the clutch fork pin out with what you got is use the oem battery tie down hook, screws in perfect and alot of hand room to pull the pin out.

Here's a couple pics I took today after I got the intake manifold off.

The timing pulley that looked a little ruff.

Do these marks look aligned? this is the side I heard the knocking noise come from.

Is that oil on the turbo compressor inlet housing?

Yeah, there was alot of oil through out the intake system. Guess I will be putting a catch can on if I get this running again.

Fingers crossed.

Unfortunately older motors have more blow by. Mine has 240,000 km and I am concerned about oil in the intake / TMIC as well.
