I'd never call the price difference a wasted amount of money. Again, its not a penis envy thing with numbers. Numbers are not the end all be all. Hell our cars do a lot more of things then just going in a straight line.

Fair enough. I've yet to tear into my assessment of the suspension, diff, and brakes. My mountain run into NH and VT should be a good one this year. Without a doubt the STI would conquer a WRX in every way! I've been running a heavily modded 350z for 6 years which was built for everything I could throw at it. It sucks starting all over, yet very refreshing as well. So don't get me wrong I have an appreciation for what an STI is capable of for sure.
