This saga continues. I was skeptical to what I was told about how the condensations inside my headlights as being normal by the dealer. So I called SOA directly and was told completely otherwise. I even had the person I spoke to send me an email to state it is NOT normal to have condensations inside the car.
Here it is:
Good Afternoon Jeff,
Thank you for contacting Subaru of America, Inc. I appreciate the opportunity to assist you.
As you mentioned, condensation formed inside the headlamps of your 2014 Subaru WRX. This is not considered normal. There are certain reasons for condensation buildup in the headlamps. This condition occurs when there is a difference in the temperature between the evening and morning or when washing a vehicle with cold water on a warm day when the lamps are warm. This is the same symptom as dew formation on the surface of window glass.
If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. If you feel this symptom is caused by a defect in design, please alert a Subaru dealership. They are in the best position to diagnose your concerns.

Now I just have to pick a day where is hot outside and spray water over the headlights to show the dealership that my headlight housings are not sealed.
