CEL clears itself?

i had been driving for 2 weeks with a cel i couldnt get to go away and today it discentigrated. how??? surprised me

that happened with me too

but then it came back on, all in one day(becuase i dont have cats)

i did the mechanical fix and it didnt help, so im also gonna resister it.

I am pretty sure that the CEL will come on for a certain amount of miles/time and then it will go back off only to return at a later time. I am not sure but I do not think that a CEL will just clear itself but I could be wrong.

well thats it ive drove 3 days now about 200 miles and no light yet but 2 days before it went bye i changed my egt resistor. so i think my perrin thing might be working and i was getting both together for a while got the o2 done and the egt went bad right after.
