Can I install before protune to avoid install charges

Hi guys,
First off thanks for the input that you guys have put out there, keeps my day eventful at work.lol.
I am 6hr drive from nearest awd dyno to protune. I have recently used a Etune to overcome my wastegate solenoid CEL. problems I was having, resulting in overboost and fuel cut, which was not fun. I have been going a little crazy with the mods in a short time but I am enjoying and learning alot. (I think). So anyway I have a few orders arriving next week and would like to install them prior to my protune which is booked for end of April in Calgary at Airboys.
Currently installed mods:
Cobb dp(catted)
Cobb Ap ( Etune STG 2, Shell 91 0ctane) best I can get.
Cobb SF intake
Borla 3" CBE
Grimmspeed pully.
Whiteline sways front, and back
Kart BOy endlinks
Cobb shorth throw shifter
Cobb shifter bushings.
EBC red stuff brake pads
EBC slotted and drilled rotors
SS brake lines, synthetic fluid.
MODS ARRIVING NEXT WEEK:
Process West TMIC ( i will install before tune?)
Grimmspeed AOS ( I will install before tune?)
Grimmspeed heat shield. Lava turbo blanket.
Tomei Header. (UEL. with uppipe, heat wrap, defi EGT sensor) I will install STI motor mounts same time, as I have to lift motor to install uppipe
GFB hybrid BOV( I can install prior to tune?)
DW65C series fuel pump( I will install prior to tune?)
DW 850cc injectors( I will have tuner install).

I am hoping to install whatever I can and that way I learn and also get to save cash. I also need a ebc, Probably going to go with grimmspeed on that too.
Please add anything to help me out. I appreciate the help. I will post dyno when I get it too.:.. What do you guys think of the meth spray? Would I benefit? Also a turbo upgrade will come but not for a bit. the lady a little upset that I have went a little over budget in 2 months lol
Oh and a TGV delete? info is great.

All except the injectors.

First off, sick mod list! And from what you've listed coming in I believe you should be fine installing all that prior as long as you stay out of boost. The injectors would def be a no no but it looks as if you're already aware of that. Someone else can confirm my opinion, but I don't see why you couldn't install that as long as your only trip is to the tuner and out of boost as much as possible. And PLEASE DO post a build thread with pics! I'm personally very interested in seeing what you get on the dyno!

super quick replys. Thanks, awesome info too. I thought Id be ok but wanted to get some extra motivation.
What about boost control? What do you guys recommend? As well as turbo timer?
TGV delete?
These are not ordered yet but I am told the TGV delete is needed.
The mods are pricey but man is it addicting haha. Ya as soon as im dyno'd Im placing results. My buddy has stock 2013 STI. he doesnt know Im modding yet. I hope We have a little race. I think I should do good.

TGV deletes are not needed if you don't want them. No turbo timer and ask your tuner what 3-port BCS he likes the the most.
