Buying a Cobb AP

Hi everyone. This is my first post and im pretty new to the Modding game. I'm getting ready to buy a Cobb AP and I was considering buying a used one cause I'm trying not to kill my budget on my car. I was wondering if anyone would know if it would cause problems installing a used AP since it still may have someone else's maps on it. Thanks for your help. Sorry if this is just a dumb question.

As long as its unmarried it will be fine to use, you can always go to cobbtuning.com to update firmware(if needed) and get the factory maps. What mods do you currently have? I only ask because you will want to follow the map notes exactly or risk damaging your car. Good luck man.

I have a BOV and rear sway bar. And i also have some blue silicon hosing, not that it makes a real difference, more just my personal preference. Definitely appreciate the help!

Don't run the BOV on an OTS AP map
