Buying an 02 wrx with 138k

I'm checking out this 02 wrx with about 138k on it, the car fax is clean and the car has seen some mileage. I'm test driving it today, and getting a leakdown/compression full inspection on monday. he's asking 4500 for the car itself, or 6200 with everything else. clean title and all, should i go for it?

update, i talked to him and took out the extra engine. now he is asking 5700 for the wheels, turbo, lips, fogs.

Buy it all, sell the stuff you don't want and make the money back and then some. You have well over $2k in parts to sell which would comp for the initial cost. I bought a wagon w/ 174k on it and other than basic maintenance it's been fine (other than a rod bearing, due to idiot prior owner doing their own work).

Either build the spare w/ forged internals or sell all of it and build what you have.
