Blow off valve problem

Hey guys recently I got a turbo xS bov as I'm driving I don't hear the kshh your supposed to hear I tried removing some of the metal washers from inside but it still doesn't make the sound I want it to. anyone have an idea on how to fix this problem.

Yeah, put your stock bpv back on. Txs BOV's are garbage. Not to be too harsh, but do s search for that thing quick and you'll see what I'm referring too.

It might actually be doing it's job and not be VTA.

Well, if it wasn't leaking before, it definite is now after you removed those washers.

That's not a BoV. It's not supposed to make a loud noise.
