American VS. Canadian

i was just scrolling through the picture gallery and was noticing a couple of differences between some of the cars. i was just wondering if there were different options availible to america that i wasnt able to get in canada. one thing i noticed is that a lot of you dont have heated seats. but yet there is a switch in its place. was that not an option (or standered) for the states?

anyone know any other differences between the two?

As far as I know, heated seats were only available in the WRX Limited Sedan, WRX Limited Wagon, and STi Limited Sedan (2007 and earlier models, not sure about 08+) in the States. The switches you're seeing might just be plastic switch delete pieces or maybe other people installed custom switches for something else.

^^^ those are also the only cars that came with leather.

I had to install my seatheaters, well worth the 200 dollars that they cost. How to install seat heaters

Hey silverSTi, where is the switch for your heated seats on your STI? I have a Canadian 06 WRX, and the switches are in the same spot as the DCCD controls on the STI. Kinda confused as to where they are on yours?

for the drivers side the switch is right beside my IC spray. and the passenger side is on the door panel by the window switch
