You should see what type of quote you will get with 25/50 instead of 50/100 coverage. The only time you need a high coverage is when you own a house or your cars under your parents name that own a house, other than that you shouldnt need it.

I use to pay $1500.00 every six months with 100/300 for my wrx alone, now I switched it to 25/50 for two cars and pay $1150.00 every six months. Im 23 years old with 1 ticket on my record.

U only get a discount at 25 if you have been insured for the last 6 months, I got stuck with that.....still high risk because I hadn't been insured in the last 6 months and I'm 26 years old. Gonna get some new quotes because my rates still haven't dropped and I've been insured for 9 months now.

AAA gives a discount every few years. 21, 25 and 30. I have not found anyone who can beat them with my credit union discount.

if u wanna own an sti, go with progessive =). they had only 2 options to pick from. the regular wrx and the 2.5. well thats for the 06-07 models. never really checked on the older gens. i was paying a little under 1200 a month with a pretty bad record on my license.

Just thought I'd add mine to the pot! I'm 27 and my wife is 28 living in PA. We pay $1600/year for full coverage on my 08 WRX and her 08 Nissan Sentra with $500 deductibles. I know we can get it cheaper but we're going to wait a couple of months so that it'll be over 5 years since her accident. Incidentally, we're with Erie and they give a break at 24 years....

I pay 260.xx a month through progressive with 1000$ deductable.

10 points on my record in the state of ohio with some major problems (SR22 Bond, Reckless Operation with Willful Disregard, lots of speedings, etc)

EDIT: I'm 27. And that break you are supposed to get at 25... Biggest ####ing lie ever.

On with your parents? Try getting insurance in your own name with 3 tickets.
