Nozzle size is dependent on how much flow you intend to run which is dependent on how much knock protection you need. It should be balanced with your intended boost and your desired performance outcomes.
Your tuner will likely start with the small nozzle and tune from there. Depending on how your system is handling the small nozzle the tuner may stop there of they might go bigger.
