I don't see you hitting that with the stock turbo. But, anything's possible.

1. The STi already has a catless uppipe, you don't need to buy one.
2. Get a full 3" turbo back, UTEC, and some good dyno time.

Tuning is key, so make sure that you dyno somewhere reputable. This will give you an idea of where to go from here. Also, ask the tuner what he would do to reach those hp goals that you have set for your car.

My car is well, it's like 10 lbs of shit in a 5 lb bag...

I don't think its gonna happen. Maybe with meth injection. But not with anything traditional.

sure you can easily make 350whp on an STi's stock turbo... if you totally change the engine :P

lol, basically no. You'll be at 280whp or so with a protune give or take. Less with just a stage 2 basemap.

310 whp on a high reading dyno is still not 350whp. He will have to do something strange to get that power, and why do you need to stick with the stock turbo? Is there a real reason not to change it? The 39 loses breath up top, why bother keeping it, and struggling to reach your goals?

450whp you'll start to get into the range when your internals will be an issue. 350whp is easily done with a properly cooled (intercooler) turbo swap with an adequate fuel system and tuning.

The stock wrx dyno is around 170 whp so it's going to be pretty hard to squeeze more than a 100% whp gain out of the little stock turbo. and besides you wouldn't want to be running 350 whp with the stock tranny anyway

Depends on what dyno you are using weather or not you will hit 350 with a stock turbo.....but if you are using a dyno that doesn't inflate numbers at all....you will need at least a GT30R to get there...I just saw a 06 WRX with a GT35R (@19psi), FMIC, and TBE hit 343 on a Dyno Dynamics at 5200ft (no correction factor at all). without any correction factor..the craziest part is the car spooled that turbo at 4500rpm's
