I think I paid 22k for my TR with 41 miles on the clock back on October 23, 2005 with free oil changes for life. They get mad because I don't drive much and I bring it in a week before the 3 months are up. They have stopped writing a date on the sticker so I bring it in on the mileage. But I say no! it is 3k/3 months whatever comes first! This thing is my baby, I don't want to leave old oil in it. They also hate my car because it is clearly audible in the showroom. I tell them it is good advertising to people that want to buy WRXs and STIs.

2007 Satin White STi, 1989 Nissan Sil-Coupe, 1998 Toyota 4runner (to be built..)...

Just shop around, and and leave the dealership if they can't give you a good enough price. You can even email and call dealers before you go there to get a good idea of how much they are willing to deal. Out of the dealerships I talked to they only sell about 1 wrx every 2 weeks more or less.

That sounds reasonable. I got my '06 Limited for $ 25,250 before taxes with only the high tech rear view mirror/garage opener and rubber mats as the only added options. Using Subaru's formula that the Limited adds $ 2000 to the price of the regular WRX, I'd say that sounds good to me.

I was right around there as well. $22400 for my TR, only option was the rear spoiler. I do believe 22k is a good deal for a TR w/ no options.
