07 Impreza Wants Turbo

hello i just got a 07 Impreza 2.5 base model. I want some more hr. I'm looking to put a turbo on help me out. What kind of parts do i need. I just want to use it for a daily driver and not blow my engine

Im sure if you search nasioc you will be able to find a little more help. But from what I have read, the regualr impreza isnt really boost friendly.

It wouldn't be a good idea. The 2.5rs's engine doesn't handle a turbo very well. The best and safest thing to do would be to trade it in for a wrx as stated above.

well i bought my impreza from an auction so i dont think dealer would take my Impreza

by far the cheapest, most reliable, and most performance choice is to trade it in for a WRX

might be able to super charge it.

or, you could just screw forced induction and go the normal mod route. if its just for daily driving you can make that HP in different ways. plus, without forced induction you dont HAVE to go the EM route like us wrx's do. you could probably get away with intake, exhaust, headers, pullys, and a flywheel and not see toooo much of a difference.

why would a dealer not take your car since you bought it from an auction?? where do you think that they get all thier used cars that arent traded in? if anything, you have an advantage since you didnt have to worry about paying all the dealer fees and crap so you should be sitting in the car money wise just right!
