Exclamation 04 wrx head lights too high?

I have an 04 wrx and just stock h1 bulbs, for some reason about 1 out of 10 cars shine their high beams at me and im driving on low beams all the time> im wondering why my lights seem to shine soo high and what i can do to ajust them, i didnt find any way to ajust them on the housing itself. Any ideas? Thanks

There are small bolts on the back of the headlight that you can use to move the reflectors up/down and left/right.

It's like an 8 or 10mm bolt, don't remember. The easiest way with no special tools is to park behind another car at a distance on flat surface and adjust your lights accordingly. Of course this is done at night and bring a flashlight. Just coverup one side as you're adjusting the other. The passanger side light can be slightly higher than the drivers side which is okay.
