Hey everyone, love the site and all the advice you all provide. I finally bought a 2010 WRX Limited and I love it.
I need some advice on winter tires as the snow will probably start falling here in the next month. Currently I'm looking at a set of Bridgestone WS60s or WS70s for tires, and I was wondering if I could move down to a 16" rim and 205 55R 16 tires. Would this work or should keep with the stock size of 224 45R 17?

Thanks in advance.

There are 15" wheels that clear the 2010 WRX brakes without an issue. 16" is no problem. Technically, you can even fit some (I only know of one example) 16" wheels over STi brembos let alone WRX brakes...
