I just bought a 2009 WRX Sport Wagon with the Dunlop Sport summer tires. I don't want summer tires since I drive it in the winter, and I have no place to store a second set of tires, so I'll be getting all seasons. Any suggestions on who might buy the Dunlops? I thought a dealer would want them for warranty, but no go. Neither do any tire shops want them.
I'll of course try craigslist. Anyone else had luck selling theirs, and for how much?
thanks, I was kind of hoping to get $250 for the 4 new ones...I'm kind of off the beaten track and it isn't worth shipping them, which makes it more of a challenge...still wondering why the WRX comes with summer tires standard...
It's marketed as a performance car. It should come with performance tires. It used to come with the craptastic RE92s.
