Static Vs. Dynamic Tire Wheel Balancing

Hey everyone...well when I went to get my tires balanced over the weekend, the place I took it to did a static balance...my friend who was with me said that they should be dynamically balanced...after a quick google search I now know that a dynamic balance is better...but my question is, is it important enough for me to take it to some place with a dynamic balance and pay more for it, or is a static balance good enough? Thanks!

How do the tires seem now? Are you feeling any vibration? If your not feeling any shake or vibration I would leave them as is until your next tire rotation. If you are feeling a shake/vibration then I would return to the shop and ask them to do a dynamic balance.

Well it doesn't seem to be better or worse...no shaking at all or anything like that I guess it'll be ok for now...
