recommending wheels is a very personal choice with lots of opinions. Your desired use also makes a huge difference. If you want something lightweight and strong Enkei RPF1 in 18x9.5+38 ** Edit +45 are the ones that Ive been looking at for myself ** in 5x100 is a really solid choice. Should fit nicely under your wheel arches, it will look closer to flush than the stock wheels and will give you a slightly wider contact patch assuming you get properly matched tires. They also fit over the STi OEM Brembos and they look great.
If I was buying wheels and tires today those are the ones I would get.
If you want something more "Import Magazine Subaru" Volk makes some very nice wheels in the same weight category but they tend to be considerably more expensive than the enkeis
Finally if you want some really rough and tumble rally wheels Method makes the current selection of wheels for Subarus WRC cars.
Let us know what you plan on using the car for and we can help you narrow down the list.
hello, i have a 2014 wrx. im looking for wheels but having an issue with the width and offset. I want wide wheels but not pulling fenders/camber wide. I will get coilovers in the future but for now im looking for 18's that will sit flush with the fenders. Need help with the width and offset. Any other comments or tips also. thank you.

My guess is he either didn't like our recommendations or he created a number of posts on different forums and he hasn't checked back here in a while.
I definitely like the TE37s in white for myself : )
