front right rotor

my girls 2010 front right rotor is making noise. I just had both front rotors milled down because they were warped... now the front right brakes are making this noise like a knocking sound its really hard to explain ive never seen or herd anything like it... the calipers are fine and the pads are fine and the rotors obviously fine... I have taken apart the whole brake assembly on the right side 3 times and 5 to 10 miles later it will start doing it again. but when I first do it its fine... any ideas any one??

Garage
Caliper hardware is all intact/tight on pads? Not sure how to think of a knocking sound with brakes. But if it were the rotor all it would do is still be warped and pulsate, not really give any noise. A pad moving around is about the only thing I can think of without hearing it.

Any way to get an audio clip up??

yea but im not having any pulsating in the steering wheel or nothing I guess its more or less a clicking as if the pads are grabbing and slipping but I would be able to feel that if it was doing that ill try to get an audio when my girl gets home shes got the keys. everything seems to be solid tho... as said it wont do it 5 to 10 miles after I take it apart and put it back together. it stops just as fast as it normaly would without the noise but its still making the noise...

Did you try lubricating the shit out of all the pads and the shims?
