Coil overs or STI stock Suspension

My 2002 WRX WAGON is now starting to show signs of age. I don't race or track the car yet.

But, I do drive aggressively and when possible take it to the canyons.

What do you guys think of these:

Helix DNA Coilovers for 02-07 WRX's and 04 STI's

All input is welcome

Trash.

If you don't track it, coilovers are bad investment anyways. A set of KYB GR-2s will handle more than you'll throw at them.

For the STi springs to work you'll need 04-05 top hats as well I believe, plus a good st of sway bars will work wonders since the wagons have smaller diameter bars than the sedan.

Correct on the top hats Keith,
OP, are trying to slam your wagon, or just make it handle a little better?

I'm running the KYB's on my wagon and some monster whiteline (24mm I think, they were free) sway bars. I keep up with the best back home through the mountains of PA just fine. Granted I take my snow tires off but I love dirt way to much!

02-03's are lucky because you can get shock inserts. Use them! Springs wise is harder because they are mostly for the sedans. I think there are some RCE wagon springs. I would recommend those over the 04 STi springs, which are sedan stanced.

Handle better.
Roads are rough for the most part and I don't take the wagon to the track.
