I've honestly used both standard and high temp over the years and have honestly never been shown a reason to run high temp which costs 3x as much a can. Either way they're going to need to be done every 1-1.5 years anyways due to chipping, staining, dulling, etc. I figured running high temp would help with these things but IMO did not.

I also do 2-3 Mountain Runs plus at least 1 AutoX event each year and have never seen any ill effects of using standard paint. So if I can use it I'd say anyone can lol!

Whether using standard or high temp I've always clear coated over the paint as well just FYI guys. I def wouldn't recommend just spraying color and no clear on brake parts.
