18x9 fit?

Yes I have been searching, but did not find an answer.

I have some 18x9 O.Z.'s with IIRC 56mm offset wheels. Trying to figure out if these will fit an '11 4-door STI? If so, what tire size to run?
Also, does the STI use hub-centric wheels?

Thanks and I will keep searching.

I know OZ makes some 18x9" wheels for the STi but they're +55. Assuming that's a typo and we're talking about the same wheel (Ultraleggera), they fit fine. I believe Subarus are hub centric.

Thank you for the very fast reply.

I have some F1 Cups from a few years back. They were on my 3000GT VR4

I am almost positive it was +56MM

Would you have any idea on tire size? I have 265/35/18 on them now.

I am trying to get my things in order before the car is built and shipped. This way I am all set when it arrives.

Thanks again.

I don't know if F1 Cups will clear your brakes. The brembos on the STi are quite deep. You should check that but if they're similar to the Ultraleggera, you might be fine.

The 2011 STi is 5x114.3 remember, I don't remember what the 3000GT was but I have a memory of 5x100? If so, they're not compatible.

265/35R18 is a good size. There's a rumor you can even fit 275/35R18 at +55 and still clear, but I'm not so sure. Especially at +55 or +56. 265 is a lot wider than stock already.

I had a 2nd gen VR4 and that had BIG 4 piston calipers on it. I would say the same size as the Brembo's and it cleared. Guess I will have to pop-on one and see.

The F1's have dual 5-bolt patterns, so have that covered also. Got lucky here.

Looks like I may just luck out with these. Good thing I am not selling them with the Stealth I have for sale.

Thanks again fo all the help. I will post up here what the final outcome is.
