Manufacture error on rims - Kosei

I purchased some rims and tires from discount tire little over a month ago. I noticed recently a spot near the outside on one of the rims that was whitish. At first i just thought it was dust on the rim but in attempt to wipe it off I realized it looks like the manufacture missed painting that section. The rims i bought were the Kosei K1-TS Light Greys. I also was trying to figure out why these rims have two valve stems?! I really like the rims. They look bad ass on the wrx.

take them back. simple as that.
why would the wheel need 2 valve stems?, that is pretty weird.

Take the wheel back to the store you purchased it from and they will look at it. Sounds like a manufacture defect to me but they'll be able to tell by looking at it. Manufacture defects are usually a free replacement but I am not sure how Kosei’s warranties work. As for the two valve stem holes. ManShow is actually partially correct. One reason for the two valve stem holes is for those that like to run nitrogen at the track. You can hook a nitrogen air hose to one and bleed out he normal air from the other without making the tire go flat. The other reason is for TPMS sensors. Because most TPMS sensors have metal stems and metal stems have the potential to break off there should be a valve stem hole that is more protected. This one is for the TPMS sensor. The second should be less protected and is for a normal valve that should be easy to get to when you need to fill your tires with air.

I'm sorry, I just realized that i missread who this forum was for. For some reason I thought it said tirerack.com which is where i purchased them. I figured the two valve stems was for a sensor or something to do with racing. Good to know thank you, sorry for the post.
