Wacky AFRs while crusing on highway

Hey guys I have a 2011 wrx, basically stage II with an open source tune at 19psi from area1320.

Me and ryan from area1320 have been trying to figure out what is causing this driving issue...when I am cruising down the highway between 2500 and 3500 rpms I get a slight hesitation with the car and my afr's go crazy, from rich to lean to rich to lean. The hesitation goes along with the afr gauge as it is going back and fourth. If I open up the throttle more it goes away, or if I lift off the throttle it goes away, its just when I am cursing on the highway with the throttle depressed in a stationary position.

Anyone else have this problem? Ryan looked at the car four times and it got better but I am still having the issue slightly..

Any codes? Have you checked the O2 sensors?

Where is your maf sitting? Where's it getting its air from? I've had this same issue.

the maf sensor is sitting on top of the aem cold air intake...we've looked at it twice thinking it was leaking and resealed it twice, same issue.

I've never thought of this, I'm gonna look into it...do you know of anyway to test the TPS? or just buy a new one replace and see if it fixes the issue?

Replace the AEM with the factory piece and see if it still does it.

Is there any air that can get into the AEM? And by that I mean like a ram air affect?
