I have a question about the exhaust listed in the title. I have seen it on a few different sites listing as a single exhaust for the sedan, however when i go to the TurboXS web site it shows up only for the 5 door hatch. So i guess what im asking is if the exhaust listed at Oakos.com and other websites is the single exhaust fitting the sedan? As a side question i guess, has any one found any performance gains from this exhaust?
Have you actually contacted the seller about their product? I have heard of the 08s getting some power out of the CBE, but us 02-07 guys, its just for noise.

Perrin claims their CBE will add 15whp at stage 1, as for other CBE's i dont know. Again if any one has any information about the TurboXS CBE or has seen anyone offering a single exhaust for the sedan leme know

I was wondering this exact same thing as well. My friend is a vendor and he told me he contacted XS and supposedly they do sell a single outlet CBE for the 08/09 sedan. I was considering this but decided imma make my own. G'luck bro.
If any of your sedan guys decide to run a single outlet cbe, please do something about the second cutout on the rear bumper. It drives me nuts to see cars (::cough:: Hondas with bodykits ::cough::) with two cutouts and only one exhaust. I'd hate to see third gen WRX sedans get a bad rep too.

I'll see what i can do bout it haha, but if you see me round westminster area still with both cut-outs/single exhaust be gentle.
One of my friends had a Honda S-2000 a little while ago and you know how they come with dual exhausts? Well, his had an aftermarket rear skirt that eliminated one of the exhaust cut outs allowing him to run a single exhaust and it looked really good. I did a quick search for a similar product for 08+ WRX sedans and came up with nothing. I guess that's another idea for Boost Addict to make with his carbon fiber molding skills, unless one already exists and I just couldn't find it.

It's shorter - by enough I don't think it'd be easy to modify to fit. I really like the "dual exhaust" the 3rd gens have. Check with your local Subie dealer for their pricing. I got the SPT CBE in December (I think. . . Maybe January) for $350. Supposedly there was an overstock of them at my dealer and they had a few at the lower price. Power-wise, I didn't really notice an increase, but you know how you get used to things so quickly. It was worth having the subtle, but deeper tone, though.
