^ 400whp is possible with the 20g, I'm real close to that on E85 only boosting 20psi because of my small top mount. I would be hitting 400whp if I ran only one more psi add a couple and would definitely hit that number. All I would need is a fmic to turn up the boost a little. Yes I dyno on a mustang as well. Probably not gonna happen on pump gas tho, not even close with 91.

I only hit about 275 on airboy with the vf52 on 91 @ 4,200'... That was with a lot of supporting mods too.

I would still consider the blouch 440xt or 480xt as viable options as well. Those are basically 18 or 20g's designed to bolt up to the stock layout style TMIC. They're a bit pricier, but you would save money or at least break even by not having to buy the process west TMIC ($$$) or an FMIC ($$$-$$$$)

^So brfatal was right on by saying take 20-30whp off for 91 oct, putting you at 275 instead of 290-300.


Also I'm pretty sure all the turbos the op mentioned are direct bolt on to the stock layout. The only one I'm not sure about is the CXR, I know all the other ones are a direct fit.

Ah, I'm always thinking about a blouch 20g, not the deadbolt style modified OEM compressor housing.

My steps have been pretty linear...

270/295ish on 91
300/325 on 93
338/341 so far on E85 (same boost target as 93 tune is why the tq is pretty low)

That last one is on the romraider dyno though, airboy didn't like the log my tuner emailed me. Final tune is this weekend and I'll get a proper airboy number. It'll probably end up right about where it's at right now and we'll be adding a bit of power.

Is it a ebay TD06 or some other brand? Will factor into my guess. And hint us at what rpm your making peak horsepower . Seems like you were spinning ridiculously high.

What psi are you pushing, your profile says 21psi but it also says 264whp on stock turbo so I assume it needs updating.

With what I have to base my opinion off of I would say your putting down 342 whp.

Oh crap sorry didn't realize that was still on there...err have to change that and 264whp wasn't the stock turbo that was a hybrid turbo that I build...

Shit I was 2 100ths of a second away on 18" rims, wanli tires and heavy premium wrx. You can hit 11s with 20g or 30r wow...good luck holding your motor together...Did i mention my 2011 is lighter car, lighter wheels, sticky tires, some colder weather or maybe a fmic...its a done deal at 11.6 or 11.7 all day at 115 116 mph
