Tsudo CBE Rattle

So about two days ago, I had my tuner install my CBE. I would have done it myself, but its too dang cold out.

So it got put on, i drove it home. Sounds great, not too loud.
The drone is hardly noticeable. High RMP in 4/5 Gear you hear it a little.

Now after a few hours, as I am sitting in Neutral at a red light. I heard a little bit of rattling which sounds like it could possibly be coming from where the DP bolt's up with the CBE. My friend who works for the Tuner i use told me everything cleared, but it was tight by the rear transfer plate.
But the sound I am hearing is right by the Driver/Passenger area. I have read some other forum threads, and some say it could be a loose heat shield somewhere, but the cars only a month old.

Any idea of what it could be?
I am taking my chances that maybe other CBE installs have ran into this rattle noise.

Other NOTES:

You do not hear it when you drive, seems to only at idle.
It's not too loud to where it's annoying.. but I know over time it will get to my head.

Bump, also..

Now I am thinking that maybe my exhaust is hitting my Rear Dif at times which is causing the rattle noise. I also think that since its ratting there and causing my vibration/rattle all the way to the transmission.

Anyone have input..

<SOLVED> My exhaust is sitting right on the Rear Dif Mount witch is causing my Dif to vibrate causing the rattle. Just had to bend the hanger a little for better fitment.

Maybe longer hangers would help if this persists.

I had a slight rattle with my exhaust too. Stock rubber hangers, Cobb catted and Invidia catless dps, HKS Carbon-Ti cat back. Problem: slight occasional rattle. Temporary solution: shove rubber grommets in the horizontal gap of rubber hangers to lengthen them. Permanent solution: grind some metal from underbody of the car with a grinder and hit the area with some paint so it doesn't rust.

It's one of those annoying issues that arises later on down the road. The long thick resonator section of my HKS exhaust was slightly contacting the underbody of my car. Apparently it's a semi-common issue. I keep forgetting to tell people about it.

Common sense would tell you to check clearances in every direction when installing such a thick new part, but your excitement at the time tends to override that thought. You know, live and learn... and sometimes share?

Be careful with the Poly Urethane exhaust hangers, they are notorious for ripping and leaving your exhaust dangling, check them regularly.
