Of course. The street lite is perfect, reviews galor even say its perfect. The pro lite is a different store. However even boost addict with his ultra lite 8-9 lb flywheel and 10-12 lb carbonetic clutch had zero issues. I've had ultra light stuff on other cars and only I could drive it but I didn't mind it. The street lite is more than ok for city driving.

I'd take anything at this point! My GS must have a 100lbs flywheel. I have never seen such a slow revving motor before! We're talking 1-2 seconds to only reach 5k rpm in neutral.

btw, i read in a diff forum that, instead of getting four 750cc injectors,
it's also ok to just get one 1000cc injector and leave the other three stock to save on costs.
opinions on this?

same guy is saying that for a modified car, when you're driving and all of the indicator lights suddenly turn on (cel, battery, vcd, awd, hill assist, cruise ctrl, etcetc), as long as the car is running fine (no power loss, no weird sounds, etc.), then that's absolutely fine.

^HELL no. Guy sounds like a shade tree mechanic.

Just get the 4 new injectors.

Care to link where this guy trolls?

You need to stop listening to this guy that says when the car is lighting up the dash like a christmas tree...that everything is fine. Absolutely the wrong kind of information. Do tell us where this guy posts.

You don't have a stand alone computer so you can't tune each injector individually. Even if you did the other 3 565cc will still max out for what the vf52 can put out.

As for the guy being a total moron I agree but what I think he was trying to say is there is a difference between a hard cel and a soft cel. A hard cel will put you into limp mode and you'll be targeting about 12.0 AFR which is extremely rich but some what safe as the ecu is trying to save the motor. A soft cel will not go rich. It's just a cel to let you know something is wrong and to look at it. Example- over boosting is a bad thing and the ecu through the cel and goes rich so you cant boost that high again and if you try you have more fuel to help save the motor. Now if you don't tighten the fuel cap you'll throw a soft cel which will do nothing to your performance and you can go 100%. Easiest way to tell is have a wide band O2 and see what idle is targeting. But I personally would still pull over and read the cel on my computer so I know exactly what's going on.

thanks for the inputs. it did sound counterintuitive to just get one 1000cc so i thought of validating with you guys.
anyway, it's from a small local forum we have over here. i hope you guys don't mind if i don't link it in this thread. there are other experienced members there who agree with you and they've posted their disagreements as well. that should be enough to protect newbies, i guess.

It would probably work on a tbi, not on a modern car though.
