Thing fizzles out like a bad fart. That FMIC is hurting you. Is it catless? What was temp like in the shop? Thanks for showing us the differences between the 2.

A 3port bcs may have helped

It fizzled just as bad before the fmic, now it just has more of what it had before. The fmic did wonders for the car. It's stronger everywhere than the tmic at the expense of a tiny amount of turbo lag to fill the pipes.
It is not catless, shop temp was 90F. An after market tmic would have just been a bandaid, it still suffers from heatsoak like the stock one, it just takes a bit longer to get there. FMIC all the way.

The 1000cc injectors are because the factory injectors were near 100% on the last tune, and it will have something like an td05-20g next year.

Still unnecessary unless you plan on running E85. The 1000cc injectors that is...gives you head room in case you're ever thinking about it though.

E85 in the future was also an option, if it ever becomes convenient.

It shouldn't fall off like that at 4500

Wasn't meaning to come off doucher-like. I didn't see that you had a GS 3port. Strange that it reacted like that.

Very possible, it is currently sealed with rtv sealant and it wasn't my best job (in a hurry). It could also be the stock recirc isn't able to hold that amount of psi. I'll have a turboxs recirc with a real gasket in next week. Hopefully that will help.

So let me get this straight you running a fmic and all this with a stock BPV? The stock one, dependent on year, can hold over 20psi...I've seen mine hold 24 from my 20g.

Mind held that as well.
Turbo xs BOV's are crap!!! Sell it and buy something with good reviews. Not trying to be a d*ck, but I've been there and done that. My car ran horrible. Most BOV's leak like crazy right out of the box.

Ya, TXS's valve tend to leak.

Those injectors are only hurting you if you're not utilizing them. E85 would have been fine on 750cc and your car would have driven/idled smoother.

Odd, I've heard mostly good things about the turboxs hybrid.
It's not been purchased yet, so it's not an issue at this moment.

It actually drives and idles pretty smooth at this point. We are going back in for a driving tune to iron out a couple small rough spots during low speed/rpm driving. It's nothing that can't be tuned out though. So far we're happy with it and she's still getting 22 average mpg.

Well smooth idle is hard to get with injectors that big honestly. I have seen people have luck and some not. I have yet to hear anything really note worthy about TurboXs BOV. I run one of there intercoolers and it isn't the best either to be honest. 22mpg isn't bad considering, but mpg is irrelevant once you start modding a car. That is the least important thing really...
