Mod suggestions for an 08 wrx

hey guys, first time on these forums. Got my first subaru couple months ago. For those who have an 08 and for those for have the knowledge , what would be your suggestions and what would be the stuff you wouldnt suggest that i do. I have nothing done as of now

sorry if this is repetitive to what other people ask , but im just looking for everyones input and not wasting tons of money like i did on my stupid lancer.

Downpipe for sure #1. And with an 08 I would upgrade the turbo with a VF to put you comparable to an 09+.

With these parts, the difference will be night and day. Im running 19psi on this setup. The amount of torque the 08s make is sickening. The performance i completely underrated

That's an incomplete list. He needs a laptop and a wideband O2 gauge. He can't expect a good tune if he sends them useless logs.

Never heard that one before. Sway bars and tires should be priorities on everybody's list even if you're not going to go crazy modding. It's amazing how much of a difference those parts can make in a daily driven WRX/STi.
