lumbar on 09 wrx broken

so i was sitting in my car and kinda put my arm on the backrest of the seat to move myself upward so i could grab something that fell behind me....... then POP/SNAP! I felt something give. then I noticed that the lumbar area did not feel as supportive as it was. I went to the dealer last night and told them what had happened. The service writer came out to take a look and found the the lumbar support grate had come unclipped fromn the seat and the plastic clips popped off. he was able to clip it all back in and back to normal in about 10 minutes.

Prior to that i had been searching for a possible TSB or common recurrence of this issue and found that there is a TSB out stating that the clips for the lumbar support were now available to order seperately. This lead me to believe that this may be a common issue. Turned out that the clips that became unclipped were different from those mentioned in the TSB.

Anyone else have issues with their seats?
