Injectors

What injector is good for my 09 and at a good price. I plan on upgrading my turbo in the near future so I want an injector that will be able to support a descent amount of hp. Any info would be helpful.

What turbo and at what duty cycle does your tuner recommend for your injectors to work at ?

With the 09, the stock turbo can overwhelm the injectors, let alone a larger turbo. You need a fuel pump and likely at least 750cc injectors for anything over the factory turbo. BTW if you have e85 near you, a pump and injectors will get you a large boost in power going to it. A good step toward the turbo.

I have an appointment on the 22nd to get a custom tune. I purchased a Invidia DP, Walbro pump kit, K&N drop in filter. The tuner reccamends a fuel pump to be installed when tuning the car. So I was thinking maybe injectors to get allitle better tune and I would'nt have to upgade them when decide to go with a bigger turbo. Do it right the first time in my book.

Theirs no E85 near me that I know of.

Bummer on the e85, but a custom tune is required for that as well. With e85 you can get roughly 25hp and 35lbs torque over 91 octane. Crazy difference with the protection of what is essentially 105 octane in the e85. It's worth looking into, but you become a slave to the station that carries it.

So what do think just keep the stockers for or upgrade? Or maybe i'll get ahold of the tuner and ask him what he reccamends.

If you're gonna get them later, get them before this tune.
